The registration fee for regular and student participants includes:

The registration fee of accompanying persons includes:

  • Welcome Party
  • Concert
  • Additional program for accompanying persons
  • Budapest Card (3 days)

The accompanying person can not participate at the scientific sessions of the conference.


Payments

Payment of the registration fee, hotel accommodation, and any other applicable fees should be made to the beneficiary, preferably before February 22, 2013.

Attention:

  • All bank charges must be covered by the transmitter.
  • Confirmation of registration upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation policy

Refund requests can be submitted to the Congress Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 27 February 2013. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
